Bay Grab Bar, LLC
BGB is here to help you or the seniors in your life live safely and independently at home. Our services are meant to elevate the quality of life for people continuing to live in their homes.
Our purpose is to make minor, cost-effective physical modifications to your home that increase its safety, ease of use, comfort, and security.
Bill will visit you in your home and help you determine the best length, location, and style for grab bars, handrails, and ramps; as well as provide ideas for making the kitchen and bathrooms more user-friendly. BGB features designer style grab bars in special finishes that compliment your home, integrating as a shelf, toilet paper holder, or even a towel bar. BGB helps people stay in homes they love. Over time, almost every house needs modifications to support the life changes that require a more safe, comfortable, and secure environment. Our typical installations include grab bars for easier toilet, shower, and bathtub use and handrails for front steps, hallways, and stairs. BGB also installs other bathroom safety equipment and temporary wheelchair ramps.

About Bill…
In addition to running BGB, Bill is a volunteer for Petaluma Hospice and Vintage House. He has been on the Design Review and Historic Preservation Commission for the City of Sonoma, and has volunteered at the Meadows of Napa Valley, Sunrise Villa, and as a docent for the California State Parks. Today you may even hear him play his trumpet (or Swiss alphorn) with varied musical groups throughout the North Bay.
Bill traces his work with seniors a few years back when his mom, Mary, lost her balance, and took a bad fall. Before she returned home from the rehab facility he retrofitted her home with safety and independence in mind. He designed and installed custom railings, grab bars, and ramps. What began as a call to family became a vocational call and the inspiration for Bay Grab Bar.
