Senior Strong Martial Arts was developed by Josh Segal, a 7th degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and martial arts instructor for over 30 years, and David Sereni, a top physical therapist at Kaiser of Santa Rosa with over 30 years of experience, and a 3rd degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do. Senior Strong classes encompass vitally important routines in a fun, lighthearted, and upbeat environment.
