Our featured speaker, Josh Segal of Segal’s ATA Martial Arts will talk about his program “Senior Strong Martial Arts”

Josh Segal, black belt

Senior Strong Martial Arts was developed by Josh Segal, a 7th degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and martial arts instructor for over 30 years, and David Sereni, a top physical therapist at Kaiser of Santa Rosa with over 30 years of experience, and a 3rd degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do. Senior Strong classes encompass vitally important routines in a fun, lighthearted, and upbeat environment. The practice of Tae Kwon Do has been modified to allow for people at any level of physical ability to participate safely. It’s also just a great social activity for seniors to have fun and stay sharp.
