Coffee Sponsorship Information

Coffee Sponsors get a Spotlight Speaker opportunity on their coffee day and will be allowed 5 minutes to address the group.

1) Bring $50 cash or check made out to Alexander Bettencourt on day of the meeting.

2) Arrive at 8:15 to check in with Alexander and insure things are set up as needed.

3) Coffee set up is in the kitchen. If you want to put some of your brochures or a sign "Coffee Compliments Of XXX Company" in the kitchen as well that's fine.

4) Coffee set up is as follows: (Alexander's responsibilities)

  • Regular and decaf coffee is made.
  • Hot water is available.
  • Tea Bags are on hand.
  • Non-dairy Creamer, sugar and artificial sweetener is set out.
  • Cups, napkins, plates, spoons, forks etc. are set out.
  • Alexander does the after meeting clean up but be sure to take any of the extra items you may have brought.

5) If you want to provide anything to augment the above (milk or half &half) or provide any food items that's completely up to you.

If you have any questions, please contact Fernande Marie Bencze through the SOA website "contact us" form.
