Rebuilding Together Rohnert Park/Cotati

Central to our vision of a safe and healthy home for everyone, Rebuilding Together’s Safe at Home program addresses home repair and maintenance issues that may otherwise present a safety risk or that limit access to or within the home.

Falls and the threat of falling in the home can be a debilitating and life-altering event. Many who fall in their home due to a lack of preventative modifications are unable to recover.

Safe at Home addresses these threats in a variety of ways, including:

* Installing grab bars throughout the home
* Widening doorways for greater access
* Repairing stairways, handrails and wheelchair ramps inside and outside the home
