First Light Home Care is a locally owned and operated full service company that employs and certifies all its compassionate, hard working and kind hearted caregivers. Caregivers are thoroughly screened, selected, trained, insured, and bonded. Caregivers are Alzheimer’s and Dementia trained. All of our caregivers participate in on-going training and have at least two years of solid professional experience. They have been background checked, drug screened, have a verified and clean DMV record with up to date auto insurance. All have the right to work in the United States of America. Caregivers are available on an hourly, live-in or overnight schedule basis. First Light Home Care does a free of charge case management needs assessment and home safety evaluation to ensure the safety and total well being of its clients. We also pay all Workers’ Compensation, Liability Insurance and Payroll Taxes. First Light Home Care offers reasonable discounts for long term care cases in order to make its services affordable to all its clients and family members. Transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping or running errands are available. First Light Home Care works with Veterans to help them receive their aid and attendance reimbursements. Above all, it offers services to seniors, mothers to be, persons with intellectual and physical disabilities and to everyone who needs personal care, companion care, respite care, dementia care, rehabilitative care and travel companion services.
